All services and goods are STRICTLY C.O.D. (Charges
On Delivery). Unless an Approved Account Holder
A. Payments
(1) C.O.D. Clients: If payment is not made
available upon completion of any service or product supplied an interest
charge will be applied at the rate of 1.5% per day on the total amount
overdue including any additional fees. (2)
All Account Customers, payments are due 30
days after invoice date otherwise any discounts offered will be void and
interest can be charged. (3) In
addition the client (C.O.D. or Account) will
be liable for All and any costs involved in recovering any outstanding
debt and associated costs. (4) All
Payments subject to being cleared in full by
our bank.
B. Quotations (5) Allied Solutions reserves the right to alter or use alternative products described in
this quotation where it does not affect the desired outcome. (6)
Allied Solutions reserve the right to adjust
this quotation and any invoice in respect of this quotation, if for any
reason the conditions of this quotation alter or unforseen additional
works or costs are incurred in the course of completing any works as per
this quotation. (7) Should there
be any additional costs involved over and above this quotation the
client may reserve the right to terminate the contract in writing before
such works are carried out and pay all monies associated with any and
all costs already incurred by Allied Solutions and/or its contractors
and suppliers.
C. Additional Conditions
(8) Allied Solutions
and/or its contractors will not be held liable for any damage caused by
or as a result of inferior quality surfaces, poor building
design, incorrect building standards used during construction or damage
caused by other works carried out in or near the serviced areas that may
have had an effect on the serviced areas or neglect by owner/occupier to
comply with any conditions of any guarantee offered at that time. D. A
test area shall be conducted on the proposed work area to ascertain
the likely result and works will only commence upon the signed
approval of such test results by the client or their approved (in
writing) representative.
